Guillotining
At Aeroton Steel, our guillotining service provides precision straight-cutting of mild steel sheets and plate to exact customer specifications. We process galvanised, cold-rolled, and hot-rolled steel in a range of thicknesses and standard sheet sizes, loading material onto high-capacity guillotine shears to cut it cleanly and accurately to length — from standard stock up to 4000 mm maximum cut lengths depending on material type. Each batch is de-coiled, sized, and sheared as ordered, then bundled securely for delivery, ensuring fast turnaround and ready-to-use flat components for fabrication, welding, bending, or manufacturing applications.

Material is decoiled to a suitable nesting size
