De-Coiling
De-coiling is the process of unwinding heavy steel coils and flattening them into sheets that are ready for further processing. The coiled steel is fed through a machine that straightens and levels it, then cuts the material to the exact lengths required by the customer.

Bending
We offer precision mild steel bending using high-quality press brake equipment to form steel sheets to your exact specifications. We work with galvanised, cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel in a range of thicknesses and lengths, delivering accurate bends up to 3 m long for structural and architectural applications. Our bending service is ideal for creating strengthening ribs, box gutters, roof ridges, vastrap steps and other custom-formed steel components for construction and fabrication projects.
